“Be Gary” Campaign

Be Gary was a multi-vertical testimonial campaign built around real M-Files customers who transformed the way their organizations manage information. The campaign took its name from Gary Fleming, IT Director at Apex Oil Company — whose story of consolidating chaotic network folders into a unified, AI-powered system was the archetype for the whole series. Each “Be [Name]” slide paired a relatable before/after narrative with a direct customer quote and a consistent “M-Files changed everything” anchor line, giving sales teams modular, audience-specific social proof they could drop into any presentation.
